February 10, 20179 yr I noticed today between KEST and 1S5, on a bee-line course I flew over the Yakima Training Center red zone, so marked on my Little NavMap display. Is that a race violation? Do we have to avoid overflight of restricted airspace like this? Dan C (China Dan) System: ASUS i7-6700K 4.0 GHz, 16GB RAM, nVidia GTX 1070 4GB @7680 x 1440 (3 x ASUS MX27AQ @2560 x 1440) Software: Win 7 Ultimate SP1, FSX:SE
February 10, 20179 yr Author Well spotted Dan. No violation in this case. We are not required to observe real world airspace restrictions. That said, when the special rules are released (just prior to the start of the race) the committee may designate flight restrictions in certain areas. We will have to observe those or we will be in violation of the rules. | Windows 11 | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | i9-14900K | RTX 4090 | 64GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 | 4TB Samsung 990 PRO M.2 | 2x 4TB Samsung 990 PRO M.2 | CORSAIR AX1600i ATX Titanium | LG C2 42 Inch 4K OLED |
