Will be following this... I'm not really sure of how this works.

 - How do you link it to UT2 models for instance?

 - What's the costs? You'll have to pay $10 for a year's service. Does that include RealTraffic, or is that an addon?

Sorry, but I'm kinda confused...

No, you should set the Traffic Slider in P3D/FSX to 0%! See the documentation. During beta testing we have not had any problems with VAS.

Nico

While VAS might not be an issue, fps might be. All AI traffic programs I know of caused an fps hit so far. Any experience in that direction?

Thanks and kind regards, Michael

Michael,

With 112 aircraft parked at FlyTampa Schiphol and 30+ live traffic aircraft I loose 1 fps compared to no traffic.

The aircraft are injected into the scenery but calculated outside P3D. That is a major difference with other traffic programs that are running in P3D .

If you pause the sim the live traffic aircraft keep on moving..

Before flying I now check with Flightradar24 from what runway aircraft are taking off and a what runway aircraft are landing ( flightplanning ).

All AI aircraft sounds are working too.

It is great to land in a queu of aircraft and knowing they are there in reality at that place too.

No more multiple Afcad files needed. Afcad files are only used for reading parkings spots.

All AI aircraft use the same runways as in reality at that moment.

A masterpiece from Nico ..

Sorry, but I'm kinda confused...

Please study the Manual:

Just install UT2 as published. Then run my tool VMRGenerator (like numerousof pilots already have done to create matching rules for vPilot :-)) and copy the file AI_Liveries.txt to the PSXseeconTraffic folder.

I'm only using the UT2 liveries so you should keep the UT2 liveries, but may uninstall the UT2 program.

I'm not providing the RealTraffic information, you should buy a license for "RealTraffic for PSX" (that's another Windows program).

That's too good to be true...

Next question. What about GA traffic?

Thanks once more, Michael

I think this clears it up, many thanks Gerard.

That depends on if they are present at that airport at that time.

And if your P3D ( MT , UT etc ) has the models.

Next question. What about GA traffic?

GA Traffic information, and information about helicopters, gliders, and so on, is also in the RealTraffic stream, and PSXseeconTraffic is able to generate liveries for that traffic too (if you have these liveries installed of course).

However, the data is not always that accurate as for normal airliners. In PSXseeconTraffic you have an option to select/deselect light aircraft.

Thank you guys, this sounds very good, I'll definitely give this a try over the weekend, Even if there might be a few glitches in the beginning, the concept sounds very promising indeed.

I use MT6 at present, thus there should be a number of GA models/liveries available.

Kind regards, Michael
