Could it be that it starts outside your screen? Delete PSXseeconTraffic.cfg in the PSXseeconTraffic folder.

No that did not work, I previously deleted an ini file in app data as you suggest in another post, also did not work.

You better upgrade to Windows 10...

From the beta results sofar, I expect that the definite PSXseeconTraffic version will be Win 10 only.

Unfortunately that will not happen on this machine, I don't really want to buy the upgrade when I will likely be building a new machine later on this year.

Question:  Has anyone here who is running Windows 7 updated Windows since removing KB3118401 ? My PSXSeeCon program will no longer open and I wonder if this is the reason.  I will try to uninstall the most recent updates to see if this fixes the problem.

BTW Niko - I tried to install W10 on my laptop using the still free accessibility version but it would not install as the processor is not compatible.  Unfortunate.

FIXED - A Windows security update installed in April was the problem.  Sorry, I did not write down the number.  I think I will just stop any updates moving forward.

I am running RealTraffic and PSXseeconTraffic on remote PC and all is working fine. However when I connect to Vatsim using vpilot also on remote, I sometimes get an error message in PSXseeconTraffic telling me that another program is injecting traffic, etc. - All my AI aircraft are correctly configured in the simobjects.cfg file and I cannot see any other programs injecting traffic unless that is the Vatsim traffic. I understand there is a PSXseeconVpilot program but not sure if I need to also run this while on Vatsim.Any advice much appreciated.

Hi mate......just got back on the forum here.....yep same story as you.....win 7....all of a sudden psxseecon stopped working....

I thought it was me cos after being away from p3d for a week or 2 I updated psxseecon to ver 5.27 I think and then it would not run again...

daft enough I removed it all and reinstalled...building all the bits parking and alike....still no joy...

I did look to see if somehow the old update had got back on but it hadn't......I did notice aload of updates go on...didn't twig to a new 1 stopping this from running......so thanks for the heads up.

Definitely a Windows Security Update on or around April 12th.  Please uninstall one at a time and write down the number so we can note it for others.

pinch of salt needed over the date but mine says 18th April 2017...on another system says 13th.....but I don't use the p3d system that regular

Heyo, wondering if somebody can help me here, ive got some problems, in psxseecon it says " (aircraft/livery)" cannot be created. anyone have any ideas? its like FDB is showing JAL and Copa airliens and its basically messed up, its happening since i downloaded @tootingpackage (its amazing) anyways thanks alot heres teh log:

This means that you have not installed your AI Aircraft in your Simulator correctly. They are not activated I think.

And see this line:

You're still at 5.4. You better upgrade too  :-)

Everything is working really well with 5.29 but every once in a while my AI live traffic goes to zero.  No idea why?  I do have AI traffic at zero but I have cars on and ships at 10%.  Any ideas?

Hi guys!

 

First of all congrats on making this fantastic addon. I even made a vídeo tutorial on my youtube channel about it! People loved it!

 

But i have a question. Is there a way to remove all the generic liveries? I think that some versions ago we had a checkbox if im not wrong but anyway... Those tons os 767's 737's a320's all in generic livery are a kind of immersion breaker...
