Is there any support?!

I raised a Technical Support Ticket 2 weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing since!  I can't even find a mechanisum to review the ticket I raised.

 

Has anyone recieved a response to a Support Ticket?

This the Virtual Avionics support forum with several threads that say you need to raise a ticket to get support!

 

Or have I just imagined all of that?


Hello Corey,

 

This is usually caused by a SimConnect failure and the best way to avoid it is loading a default aircraft (or having a default flight saved with a default aircraft) prior to loading the PMDG 737 NGX.

 

If you are already doing this or if it doesn't resolve the issue, please enable the VAInterface logs (check the instructions on the FAQ: General - How to enable logs? in our Support page) and open a Technical Support ticket (link at the bottom of the Support page) ,attaching the log file(s) to the ticket form.

I would try to send another ticket, and call that support number at the top of their page.

I also asked for support from their website, sent two mails to their info adress on website, asked from facebook and also open a topic here.. no feedback from any of them..

Well, after living in South America for some years, I recall that mid-February in Brazil is sorta like mid-August in the EU...summer vacation, Carnival, etc.  It's quite common for whole businesses to lock their doors while everyone goes on vacation.

 

So...I'm thinking it's conceivable that it might be a few weeks before we hear from these guys.

Well, seeing as the weekend is over, I would call as soon as possible. If not, I would call during working hours, as the call wait time shouldn't be as long. :)

You guys are scaring me. I bought the MCP and EFIS. The MCP is not working but, Ricardo told me that it is faulty unit and he will replace it with a loaner until they can get mine fix. Its only 3 months old and has a one year warranty. I think I should get a new unit as a replacement but, at this time I will take what ever I can. I will say when it worked it worked well and I think is a quality product. I should say the EFPS unit is  working and is outstanding.

Hi I lost both course and heading rotaries and attempted a trouble ticket but don know if accepted, kept getting error. But here's the ticket

 

Heading and both course dials stopped working completely. I have had no problems until I had a USB disconnect/warning mid flight and the heading rotary would nor work, however, I could use the mouse and the MCP would change with the sim changes but not control the heading course. I unloded the software and reloade to no avail. Now I have no course rotary, leftover right side and the heading selector does not work as well. I have your EFIS as well. I have rebooted, reloaded to no avail. I am using it in the PMDG 737 P3D v3.4. Please help.

Man, I was going to buy the EFIS MCP combo (before they were out of stock) but I'm glad I didn't. Sounds like more problems with the units. Almost be better to spend the cash and buy from GoFlight. Haven't heard any customer complaints with their stuff.
