Altimeter setting - shouting betty?

Recommended Posts

As I climb out on departure, betty shouts at me "altimeter setting". She repeats this a few times, and then shuts up.

I'm not familiar with this call out during the previous iterations of the 747 by pmdg, or even in the ifly. Im not sure why she is calling it, because I've set my qnh to standard as I go past the transition level, and the TL is set correctly in the fmc on the init and descent forcast pages. The standard qnh is marked with green STD beneath the vertical speed tape, and at no point is the qnh yellow (marking that local pressure is set above TL). The altimeters are synced in the pmdg options. What am I overlooking?

Hi,

I guess it is RAAS shouting, not the 747. You can deselect the altimeter warnings on the RAAS options in the Add-ons menu of your sim.
