Trying to tune certain lower frequencies frustratingly impossible

I am trying to tune 118.75 in standby comm 1, but it keeps just reading "DATA" when I get close to tuning the frequency. What am I missing?

Just make sure you change the appropriate digits. Go down to 118.00 first, and then slowly move up from the .00 to 75 or whatever you need. You will eventually get used to it. Initially I struggled with it like you.
