Yes AS16 but the shaking and moving in the cockpit is realistic so I will leave it at these settings. I say realistic because I just watched a video of the pro 747 simulator doing turbulence and it looked exactly like what I saw in my virtual pit during this episode. 

 

It is the wing flex in high turbulence that bothers me,,,should it really be that much?

Seriously I am never seriously serious,,, seriously. 

 

But, yes, high turbulence over mountain range caused this effect.
