In my personal Cirrus Vision Jet.

 

XP11pb11 with orthoscenery and KPSP airport scenery by 'GPB500' payware.  Aircraft is default and subject to an avionics upgrade I hear :)

It looks fantastic.

The terrain is freeware basically - you have to do the download work and a few extra steps. The airport is payware though.
