Profiles?

Could you please tell me were to find my profiles I have made, would like to back them up.

I think it's stored on cloud. No need to back up, and no way to back up.

Well that's bad.

 

I spent 2 hours setting up a lot of view.

 

Tested all worked well.

 

Next time all out side views were gone. VC ones were still there. So had to do it all over again.

 

Why can we not save them locally as well?

 

PS: I do love this product.

We have had issues with the proper saving of presets last week. 

The issue has since been corrected but having a local copy would not have prevented the issue since the issue was on the software side.

Again, this was resolved and we are obviously doing our best to prevent this kind of issue.

A while ago there was talk about a way to use the program if your Internet connection was lost, but I assume this hasn't happened yet.

I lost my Internet connection for a while in a snow storm last week and was out of luck.

 

For me, this is a major drawback of this program.

 

Having to depend on YOUR servers being up for the program to function just seems wrong. It takes a lot of time to set up lots of cameras, and its all useless if the Internet connection is lost.
