A better light effect ?

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks,

Question - I realize you guys improved the volumetric lights in fog and mist - but during the day or night without fog or mist - they are just pretty bland white painted surfaces... Would you possibly be able to improve this a bit such as Carenado did here on their PC-12 ? It has a nice lens flare effect from the front but disappears from the side view - actually works pretty well and adds a little visual interest to the lights...

Thanks for the consideration...

Hi Scott,

This is the kind of features only available while modeling the aircraft.

We don't have access to such features when using the technique we currently are using.

It is definitely something we would like to have access to but it's not currently possible with available technologies

Regards,

Keven
