Unable to modify route/discontinuity

Not sure why you couldn't line select waypoint VR, buy you didn't mention your direction of take off.  I would have self vectored towards VR after above a save altitude then line selected the next waypoint.

I flew same SID couple of days ago but was able to enter VR after got clearance from ATC.....

Yes, I did mention direction of takeoff in my post (rwy 26R). I did "self-vector" towards VR, but it wasn't possible to line select that or any other waypoint in the route on top (selected waypoints appeared in the scratchpad, but dropping them on top did not do anything).
