Anyone have a screenshot of Arlington?  I lived there for eight years in a high rise near the USA Today building.  Man... those were the days.  I could actually walk to work.  5 minute commute!  We used to ride our bikes over to KDCA, Washington National and lay down right at the foot of RWY19 watching the heavies landing over us at about 100 feet (or felt like it).  This was before 9/11 so not sure if they allow that anymore.  Good times.

Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, EVGA GeForce 3080 Ti, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!)  Windows 10, (hold off for now on Win11),  EVGA 1300W PSU
Netgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displays
Full array of Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit

I am definitely getting this copy. Now only if the First Lady was modeled....

Oh man, I used to bike from Bethesda to that spot. I still remember when it was RWY18! :) They still allow it (well they did in 2008). That place (Gravelly Point) is very popular with locals, hence it would be hard for the authorities to close it (but anything is possible).

Miss the good old times! :)

I was there three years ago. Still accessible to the public (though not the easiest place to reach on foot from the subway). There was a lot of unmarked black vehicles driving around keeping an eye on things but otherwise there was no issue being there, lots of people around. Great plane spotting!

Thanks for confirming.

I will go do some reading about SODE .... not real excited about having to use it for jetways to work in the sim.

Np its real easy just install it no big deal and non intrusive to your sim

Ok, that sounds good ... was afraid I would have to go assigning exits and dimensions / data etc to get it working on various aircraft ...

Thanks for the additional information much appreciated.

How is Andrews? The demo has no detail, no buildings. Just runways!

I'm planning on getting this one today.  I'll post my thoughts on Andrews since I am more than casually familiar with it as both an 89AW C-20/C-37 pilot and former commander of the operations support squadron that runs the airfield.

Hopefully they and FT work together with both their Las Vegas projects.

Its not a 5-min job http://drzewiecki-design.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=380 and v1 airports were in my opinion simply not good enough to make them compatible with P3Dv3 just like that. V2 is practically made from scratch - not only the textures but also geometries, ground poly, lighting, LOD managing, surroundings etc. But if you wish to install v1 into P3Dv3, you can always do so by tricking the installer this way: http://drzewiecki-design.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=293 .
