Seems like a known issue with "x reload scenery" plugin on windows in xp11, note that this plugin is used to reload a scenery instead of restarting x plane when designing sceneries, you could try to change something in rendering settings like objects slider which will force to reload xp11 without using this plugin, did not test it though

XP11pb11 has an option to reload scenery, you do not need any third party plugins for that any longer.

Had this problem Chas and realized Win 10 had set my paging file to a ridiculously low number. Made it massive and no problems since.

Seems to be Xreload...deleted it...
