Water issue with Imaginesim KLGA

Has anyone else experienced this issue with Imaginesim's KLGA?  

 

I'm running P3D with ORBX FTX Global & Global Vector.  If I start at KLGA, everything seems OK, however if i start somewhere else and fly in, this is what I see on approach.  I contacted the developer a while back and never got a response.

Have they never fixed that?  That was in the AirDailyX livestream as well.

 

EDIT:  Did you try adjusting your mesh resolution?

My mesh was 5M.  I increased it to 2M with no effect.  

 

Lowering to 10M seems to have resolved the problem.  I never thought to try that.

Ugh.  If you have Taxi2Gate EDDM, I think you have to run 2 or 1.  Man I wish they'd all fix this stuff.
