Chase plane with Oculus

Recommended Posts

So here is a question that I just can't seem to find an answer to. It would be foolish to say that I expect to have everything work perfectly especially while in a Beta...so here's the issue, and lets see if anyone has a fix or answer! I'm using P3D V3.4, I am attempting to figure out Chaseplane Thanks to Froogle on youtube. So far, The chaseplane is an amazing program, but at first when I loaded it with oculus it gave me an error while attempting to load P3D. Saying Title=virtual cockpit but be present or something along those lines. so I went into the Cameras.cfg file and changed one of the names of the cameras to Virtual camera...that worked and allowed me to load P3D, now the issue is the cockpit randomly jumps to the oculus "menu" with the two different screens. This makes it very hard to do some flying. only other issue with the incorporation into oculus, is the view rotates oddly, and when I move back it zooms in, and vice versa...anyone have any insight?

From what I understand Chaseplane is not VR compatible as of yet.  From the post I was referred to it seems it will be eventually.
