Black screen after installation

You need to install the simconnect files that the readme file instructs you to install.

Unfortunately I do not see in the readme anything that talks about simconnect.

There's no readme file that says "FSX/P3D users - read this"?

If not, then go to our support site (linked in my signature), click on Knowledge Base, and then the link titled "aircraft loads up dead" under the simulator version you're using (FSX or P3D). I'd normally provide a link, but this browser isn't letting me paste one in.
