Notification emails

I'm a little confused. I get loads of notification emails(to the point where I almost tagged them as spam!)even though I unchecked everything I could uncheck in the notification settings. There is no option not to receive emails. The best I can do is to select 'Once a month'. All I would like, and I suspect many others would too, is to see which topics I've participated in and maybe a pop-up PM notification. You know, like in the old days. :-) Can do?

You have asked for one email per week with all new content from that week.  That could be quite a load depending on how many threads or AVSIM activity you follow.  Here are my settings -

Maybe my settings will work better for you.  You may also have to go into each forum to see what forums/topics you are following.

Thanks Jim. I confess to not seeing all the options at the bottom of the page. I did an awful lot of 'unchecking'. :-)
