Pedestal flood lighting

Hi

When flying the 747v3 and turning on the pedestal flood lighting the radios and evacuation panel are a lot darker than the rest of the floodlit pedestal. Please see attached screenshot. Is this

a: As it should be or 

b: a bug?

c: Not as it should be, but not necessarily a bug, as this is not something I see on my computer.

What lighting combination got you here? Are you using any shader mods? Any settings outside of the recommendations in the Intro?

No I don't use any shader mods and my settings are in line with your recommendations. The screenshot was taken with the pedestal floodlight fully on and the pedestal "background lighting" to the radios etc on around 50%. The darker radios can be noticed when the floodlighting is at around 20%
