Is PMDG going to work with FSDT to integrate GSX pushback?

looks like it is not problém in FSX and it is with P3D...?

I think it was already suggested above

There are people with P3D who don't have the issue, so I feel like it's gotta be some specific setting or maybe a conflicting add-on.

If you are following standard 747 checklist procedures, the 4 air-driven auxiliary hydraulic pumps are normally set to "on" before commencing pushback. On the real aircraft this would pressurize hydraulics, including nosewheel steering. (The steering pin prevents the steering actuator from being pressurized so the nosewheel can be turned during the push) - FSL emulates the steering pin, but PMDG does not as yet.

Are those seeing this problem turning the aux pumps on before requesting GSX pushback? If so, try doing a pushback with the pumps "off".

I've tried that, too. Doesn't work, unfortunately.

This issue has been solved! Here's what I found that fixed it for me:

  1. Go to your C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3 folder
  2. Open cameras.cfg
  3. Under [CameraDefinition.002] (this should be the Virtual Cockpit cam), set MomentumEffect = No. Hit save and close.

Now there's no crazy camera shake during push. The nosewheel and tiller animations are still wonky so I hope PMDG will work with GSX, but at least now I won't have brain damage every flight. For anyone having this issue, please try it out and let me know if it works!

OK, but I guess you get rid off moving of camera which you would normally want to have...?

Like little shaking during take off or during turbulence...

It's worth the trade off to me, and QOTSII has built-in headshake features anyway.

P3D and shaking. No addons, except terrain and airports.

My main concern with PMDG pushback is it doesn't know where the taxi lines are.

Sorry to nitpick, but would not be the #4 (and in some instances the #1 as well) pump be in AUX position?

Cheers,

Did you see the solution here that worked for me?

Interesting that only a few report this problem. I'm not saying its not a problem but none of use in beta saw this happening.  Glad you found a solution.
