how do I create a flyby preset?

Maybe I missed something, maybe it isn't even intended. I am at a loss how to create a flyby camera.
Could anyone help me?

You cannot create a FlyBy camera at this time. You can still use the one provided by your simulator.

somewhere along the lines of a customizable offset in relation to aircraft and aircraft trajectory, that has the same functionalities as the outside camera, but rests at (x y z) + (a b c) coordinates.
