Global Enable

I checked through this forum but could not find my answer, so - what does Global Enable do? Found under Preferences\Control Assignments\Actions.

It Enables/Disables ChasePlane globally preventing any signal from being sent to the sim.

Pardon my ignorance Keven, but I am not sure what you mean by ... preventing any signal from being sent to the sim.
