Hi,

trying to open the videomarshaller at the gate - in the windowed mode - I received the following message: Exception EOleSysError in module FSVideoMarshaller.exe at 000AD995. Class not registerd. Could someone help with this issue. Thanks Massimo

Do you have Windows Media Player installer?

I think there's a problem with your Windows Media Player.

Try repairing it.
