FSX-MS problem with the 747V3

hi ,

i have a big probleme with the pmdg opreation center and the 747V3 , when i want to update the plane i have a message : impossible to continue the action be sure the vcruntime140.dll is well installed. and the second is the same for the msvcp140.dll and i run operation center as administrator
