Maybe you can try to reinstall the AIRAC 1702 or update to 1703 in case something went wrong with your nav database?

Ok, sorry I'm running out of idea for now and I'm away from my sim computer.
Maybe you can submit a ticket to the support:

According to cycle 1703 file wpNavRTE.txt (the navdata file that contains all airways) Y169 has only two fixes, you guess it, EKLON to TUKMA.  Some problems are not worth too much time, if it doesn't accept Y169 just go direct.

Hi James,

If you only have the 777 and not the new 747 I believe you are going to have a pretty old Airac from 2013.  Only if you have installed the new 747 can you get 1702.   Also, if you already have another PMDG aircraft installed the new install won't overwrite the old navdata.  You would need to remove (back up) two folders in FSX/PMDG: Navdata and SIDSTARS before installing the 747.

What Airac is showing on the Ident page of the FMC?  You can also check the number in most of the Navdata folder files.

Mike.
