Excellent Pilots Guide, Jeff. Thanks.

BTW. 1900 UTC is 1500 EDT, 1400 CDT and 1200 PDT. Due to an earlier implementation of Daylight Savings Time, North Americans will be "off schedule" for a couple of weeks.

Saturday the 24th flight - really trying to make this one. Have a scheduled EAA event tomorrow but it looks good for getting home in time.

A few questions -

  1. Where are we starting from?
  2. Fast (>200kts) or slow aircraft?
  3. Short field ops?

COOLIO - Was hoping for a transport mission! Need to actually fly this bird instead of sitting on the runway programming away.

With Larry's permission I have created a stripped down proxy for the soon to be released LDR C-119G. A link for the download is available only by private PM or e-mail.

Here she is on short final at 9WS2, my base of programming operations. With a working JATO, War Emergency Power & Reversing Props one can get in or out of just about anywhere (depending on load). With a full load of Jeeps & 50% fuel in the mains it is not a problem at Antique Aerodrome, which has a grass runway of 2200'.

Great flight!

Someone, asked me enroute, if a popup version of the GNS530 could be added to the PC12 with a GTN750 in the panel.

I've now added it, personal request via PM with email address, please.
