Problem with Activation Code

I just downloaded and installed the 747-400 Queen of the Skies II for FSX and it says the activation code is not valid and it's not accepting it.  

I'm using the "Order Code" that was given on my receipt.  It begins with FPV********** and 10 numbers.

Is there an amount of time I need to wait, is this the wrong code to use, or is something not right?

You need Activation Key not Order Code.
