vers 2.23 ınstalling frame work problem

I  am trying to install vers. 2.23 for 747 v3 but frame work error while ınstallation.

I cleared all vers of frame work

ınstall agaın 3.5 4.2 4.6 versıons of frame work but result ıs same

also saw same problem for 2.22 but vırtual avionics sended me a wındows ınstaller then problem was fixed may be ı need a ınstaller for vers.2.23 from you
