X-Plane 11

Read the manual and seems that it is the way to go forward after all these years using MCE and RC4.

RC4 is showing it's age.

Is it possible to undock Pilot2atc on to another screen with X-Plane 11 now that X-Plane11 allows undocking of various other views ??

Pilot2ATC can run on a separate screen.   

Try the trial and see if it does what you want.
