WOAI query

I've downloaded all the WOAI files because I would like to use them as AI aircraft for use in VATSIM with vpilot. However after extracting all the files with the installer I noticed that most of them have in addition to the aircraft folder some scenery and texture folders and a WOAI.cfg, the latter outside the aircraft folder. I do know the aircraft folders can be put into a single folder and then can be added to the Simobjects.cfg  but what about the other folders/files. Will I need them and if how do I install them?
