Taxi2gate p3dv3 KSTL

Can anyone help me figure out how to install kstl into p3dv3?  There is an installer but it only show fsx as an option and when changing the directory to P3d, though it lets me install, I get a scenery.cfg error  remote directory invalid. Would you like to unload?  I also add the area in the scenery tab but nothing changes.  Can someone walk me through?

Extract files to wherever.

Use Scenery Config Editor to add to scenery library.
