Trying to access pmdg site to obtain previous orders

Forget my password for pmdg

no return email to gain access

That's correct. PMDG don't do e-mail. You'll have to file a support ticket instead. Go to http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/

You'll have to create an account there (top right corner), as it's completely separate from your e-commerce account at PMDG. Once you submit your ticket, I'm sure they'll get you up and running soon.

Hi followed your instructions as above

and created an account I thought - was told there was already an account in that name

so Clicked on "Forgot your password" and was told I would receive an email to retreive my password

No response for 24 hours now

Odd... Let's see if Kyle or someone else from PMDG drops in here and sees your message. I imagine you've checked your spam folder for any PMDG e-mails...
