Could anyone say how stable the product is? The last thing I’d want is to have buggy software running in my sim.

There is no final yet, it is still in beta.

Product is stable and running just fine on my system. Installed with zero issues, very easy, and runs very smooth.

Fairly common now. Not really a big deal. Saves doing a release and then a bunch of hotfixes. Frankly, with a few exceptions, many of the software titles released lately could be called beta's.

Yes, like any beta software.

How long you think it takes for developers to properly perform beta tests? You would be surprised of how long software takes to debug, specially when you have to develop for multiple platforms (FSX, PD3V3, PD3V4, etc.)

There is such a thing as Agile.  If the announcement was made way to early then that is a marketing misstep.  If there are estimation problems then please review.

I prefer the method most companies are going to with releasing alphas, gets your feet wet for you to experience the item all while helping them find bugs. Imagine a team of 7 or so beta testers trying to find all the bugs, or 2000 people who fly all over the world, all different types of systems and softwares, different everything that could find a whole lot more bugs. This A, gives people the opportunity to test an item of that is what they like and want or B, if you don’t like bugged software then wait for a final release. Beggers can’t be choosers my friend, can’t rush the process and be picky about it.

It is far from being ready for release. The UTLive Client still crashes on startup about 75% of the time for me. And some of the AI planes act very erratically. And yes, I do have the latest version (as of the beginning of this week).

And I have never had a crash since the first install.

Same here, I am however on a brand new box built for v4 exclusively. Not sure if it means anything, but I've never had any technical issues with UTL apart from not having any traffic in versions prior to .23

I had been using MT6 with no real problems. Thought I'd give UTL a shot - no problems of any kind plus P3D loads a LOT faster without all the MT6 bgl files.
