Key Activation Problem

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys-

I just purchased a new system and am having trouble getting an activation key after installing RC. I am submitting the form the very same way I have in the past and am not receiving a reply back. Here is the format I'm using:

To :register@jdtllc.com

Subject: RCv4 Key Request

Product ID No. ! First Name ! Last Name

My Product ID number has eight digits and no special characters. I have checked the spam folder in my email and there is no message there. I know it was sent because it was listed in my sent messages (I actually tried several times).

My email address has not changed.

I totally understand the need for using this system due to piracy issues. Any help I could get solving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Patrick

Send this information to dthompss@comcast.net subject RC registration problem. With severe weather problems in areas of concern, it might take a day or two for manual handling.

Just want to inform you all, that these two (Ron and Ray), do all this support voluntarily without getting any perks or compensation for it. It is a shame that the developpers of Radar Contact don't give any support at all here, let alone showing up here every now and then. It is therefore a big thank you from me as well to Ron and Ray for all their help and their never ending willingness to listen to what we, the users, are telling them. Hat's off for Ray and Ron.

We do not have any special access. jd and Doug rely on us to call attention to problems with registration. You can also notify Doug at the address in the help topic.
