What report do small aviation charter company pilots submit?

Recommended Posts

The big tubeliners use ACARS

but what about a small charter companies? What report(s) do the pilots submit after they're day of flying?

I'm talking about the pilots/companies flying smaller planes like Cessna 207, 404, B200, Navajo's and even small biz jets.

I talked to an Ameriflight pilot years ago and he said they submitted a "run sheet" at the end of everyday. Which included fuel usage, cargo pickup/dropoff, departure/arrival airports ICAO codes and OOOI times, etc.

Any info would be helpful.

Ciao!

For every leg:

Departure & Arrival ICAO

On, Up, Down & In Times

Fuel Uplift

Fuel @ takeoff

Fuel Burn

Pilot Flying

Type of Approach flown (visual, VOR, GPS, ILS etc)

Edit: We operate everything from Navajo's to heavy executive jets.

Hope this helps.
