Go to the PMDG Forum they will help you and they are really prompt in answering your question. Just make sure you add your name, for some reason

they require that.

I believe you are in the wrong Forum. Your screenshot is from an NGX. This is the 777 Forum. If the repair option doesn't work try the NGX Forum or the General Forum.
