unable to activate acceleration?

Hi everyone I have just reinstalled FSX into my new Win 10 system.  On acceleration install i was never asked for the activation key and when I go to run the programme I get an error message 1-80004005 say an unexpected error occurred which is preventing activation being completed.

Any ideas how to fix this issue?
