It would be nice if you replied to my several emails. I'm afraid I have already labelled your promos as spam, as I can't even download the products I've already purchased.

I've since moved to other vendors, even repurchasing some products, because your service is awful.

Your topic is locked because of your offensive comments.  We have a store owner who was politely trying to explain his speed issues to our membership, thanking us for our patience, and apologizing for any inconvenience and you had to be rude with your problems.
