Approach Plates?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I just downloaded P2A and am trying to demo. I saw in the tutorial and user guide that you can access the US terminal charts through the application but I cannot find this in the app itself. I noticed there is a "Appr" button on the right side of the map, but clicking it doesn't do anything. What am I missing? I'm running 2.2.1.1. Thanks!

The approach plates as well as the airport diagrams with the sids and stars are located on the right side of the screen under the TERP's button. Pressing it will display a dialog box. Click on the ICAO and it will bring up a box where you type in your desired airport and then click the APPR or Dgm button in the upper left corner of that box.  The  APPR button on the bottom is to select the proper approach for the runway and you need to be connected to the sim to use this. Hope this helps.

Ah, found it -- thanks! For some reason I was only looking on the right side of the map, not the entire application.
