Was this meant as an autoland? for manual land you switched the AP off way to late. Around 10000ft click the activate approach in the fmc, this will automatically set the ILS frequencies and automatically reduce your speed to 250 KTS, then click the ILS and then the LOC button, when localizer is activated switch the APPR button and then the second AP in that order and the plane will autoland and flare perfectly, Thrust reversers can be activated from the moment the main gear touches down.
