License transfer request

Hi, to someone at Chase Plane support team:

I sent a request to FSFX Packages - Chase Plane support, by e-mail, to obtain information on how to transfer a license from one computer to another, both belonging to me. This request was initiated two days ago and it's still without answer. At the website it's indicated that as a customer you could do the license transfer from one PC to another, as indicated in the enclosed picture taken from the FSFX Packages website, but it does not say how to do it, that's why I'm asking.

Please someone from FSFX Packages that could be of help?.

Hi Keven, thanks, help received and everything working just fine on my desktop computer now after the license transfer.
