JRollon BAE jetstream touchscreen does not work on aircraft panel

Cant be happy enough to see how the GTN 750 is finally being implemented in Xplane 11 aircraft. However, the GTN 750 that is in the radio stack panel works great but, i cannot use the touch screen. Is there something i am missing? I have to manualy select the window for it to pop to actually use the touch screen. My impression was that you could use the touchscreen without having to manually select the GTN window to pop up another window to operate the GTN 750. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

Which version of GTN 750 do you have?

The touch screen in 3D cockpit only works on 2.4.1 or later which you can only install from this forum at the moment.

Yeah i have the 2.4.0.0. That came with the download.

Last question is how in the world do you update the maps and charts for the GTN 750? Is that even possible. I have been researching and looks like its not that easy.
