Minimum Internet Speed ?

I have a slow internet connection (DSL Level 3 ) and need to know what is the minimum internet speed required to use this product.

Not only is it slow but it has a tendency to drop connection frequently.  

If you loose connection do you have to start over from scratch or will it pick up where you dropped out?

I would really hate to drop 40 dollars on a product that is unusable.

I had to drop Steam Edition because of its internet requirements.  It just took too long for anything to get done.

The faster this program becomes offline able the more copies they will sell.

ChasePlane requires you to have a stable internet connection to load and save camera presets. I do not recommend using our software on slow or unreliable internet connections.

Thanks for saving me the money Keven.

My internet speeds keep me from doing a lot of things like using cloud based apps for anything.
