Right-Rear, Right, Right-Front Exterior View Problem

New problem since version 0.2. This is version 0.2.12.

This problem did not exist before in any of my airplanes/settings.

When I cycle through my exterior camera settings the only one giving trouble is my B2 key on my Logitech F310 controller for Right-Rear, Right, Right-Front. When I first press B2 I get the Right-Rear, when pressed again I get the Pilot View in the cockpit - this is happening in all the airplanes I have checked so far.
