ERROR applying tweak

Im trying to setup PTA. I cleared my shaders and repaired my ShaderHLSL (which seems to be okay now, since I dont get any error messages about that anymore), but when I try to load a preset, I get an error message saying:

ERROR applying tweak [clouds shadows depth] problem with patch #0 - patched block not found.

Any advise on how to proceed from here?

Try to restore original shaders into ShadersHLSL and delete Shaders_BACKUP dir in PTA directory. Then start PTA.
