VC parts of model not showing - help

This is an odd issue.  I've tried a lot of fixes short of a reinstall.  You can see here I'm missing gauges but also model components in the C310 (having trouble with pic but I'll get it inserted later today)

Has anyone ever noticed a lack of model parts in their VC?  

Im using P3D 3.4 Win7 gtx 970 2500K @ 4 ghz

This is resolved by deleting amsinterop.dll from my root gauges folder.
