Did you check in the operations center?

if you are looking in the avsim library, try searching "747v3"

"qotsii" also turns up a lot of them. 

mainly depends on what the painter wrote in the description

Simply search "PMDG 747" and organize the results by date uploaded. Naturally, those for the new 747 will be at the top.
