Taxi Light on aircraft, but no effect on taxi way

I noticed that my POSKY Boeing 737-900 does not produce the "light glow effect" on the taxi way. The landing lights glow effrect shows up fine and the taxi light does appear on the aircraft when turned on, but the taxi way remains dark. Anybody recall a solution for this?

The light effects are coded into the .mdl file, which can't be edited unfortunately.

Thanks for the quick reply. Thought somehow I had lost this effect....but must have never had it in the first place.

It varies, according to aircraft - or rather the software used to create the aircraft. If the landing lights don't illuminate the ground it suggests the use of pre-FS2004 development tools.
