Anyone try to update from PC Aviator?

I received the following from them on Monday but no link.

FREE update for a download you purchased: Cessna C337H Skymaster HD Series FSX

I tried both my original purchase link and my account invoice but nothing to download. Anyone have any luck?

A lot of the old links expire eventually, mine was 2012

I contacted them and had my links restored almost immediately

Successfuly downloaded and intalled 2.1 great

(Mine was from the Australian shop)

I emailed them twice but no reply.

My download link works but when it gets to the site there is a message "You have nothing to download"

Like Neal, I've e-mailed but no reply. I'm getting the same problem with the download link as well.

I finally got a reply and a new download link yesterday.  Suggest you send them another email.

Let me know if you ever hear back from them. I have a different Carenado product that I purchased from them which has a newer version available and they've been unresponsive to emails and now a voicemail.

Update: after e-mailing PCAviator for a second time, I received an updated download link that allowed me to download the Carenado C337H.

My earlier link was not for latest version. I just received an email with a COUPON CODE. It tells me to treat it as a new purchase {put it in my cart) and proceed to checkout to enter the code. There is no place to enter the code and I am not goin to enter credit card for payment and risk actually buying it again.

Anyone have any info to share about this procedure?

Add the Skymaster to your cart.  Then "View Cart".  The coupon code field is at the bottom.

Got it now. It did not work first try so I was looking elsewhere. I had carelessly put a space before the code.
