Cannot use the Saitek Trim Wheel

Recommended Posts

The trim wheel is listed in the controls menu but the axes are all wrong and it cannot be used.

In order to get the Saitek Cessna trim wheel to work you may need to do the following:

1) move the wheel a bunch until Windows detects it

2) now open your sim

3) assign axis

4) test

I have to do this every time I reboot and that's with FSX:SE.  I haven't checked this behavior in FSW yet but I'll bet it's the same.
