ATC Volume

Recommended Posts

Does anyone knows how to lower the built-in ATC volume but keep the ATIS volume audible.

Right now when I make ATC volume lower, the ATIS becomes impossible to hear, and if I make the ATIS audible, then the ATC is screaming loud enough to wake up half the town

So, depending on what aircraft you are flying, the radio stack has the ability to control volume, but without specifics, that's all I can provide right now.

I am flying Carenado's and Alabeo's plane (I have the entire fleet from Carenado, and most from Alabeo)

You could try adjusting volume on the radio/nav stacks in those aircraft.  Btw, are they the XP11 compatible aircraft?

Some are (Semiloe, Phenom, Shrike)

THe volume on the radio stack is lowering the master volume for X-Plane, and therefore lower the ATIS as well

This could be an issue with X-Plane, or it could be with the individual aircraft.  I don't use the built-in ATC with XP, though I do know that some folks have complained that the ATC functionality could be better than it is.
